Open the Simpay Food app or website, search for your preferred restaurant or food item, add items to your cart, enter your delivery address, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp.

After placing your order, you will receive a real-time tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS. Open the link to see the live location of your delivery partner on a map from the restaurant straight to your doorstep.

Yes! You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. Once the restaurant starts preparing your food, cancellation may not be possible. Contact us on WhatsApp at 7600603448 immediately if you need to cancel.

Average delivery time is 30-45 minutes depending on the restaurant's preparation time, distance, and traffic conditions. During peak hours or bad weather, delivery may take slightly longer.

We accept: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay), and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Don't worry! Failed transaction amounts are automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. If you don't receive your refund after 7 days, contact us on WhatsApp with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it immediately.

Go to the Train Delivery section, enter your PNR number, select the delivery station, choose your food items, and pay securely. Your food will be delivered directly to your seat at the selected station.

Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before your train's scheduled arrival at the delivery station. We recommend ordering 4+ hours in advance for best results.

Our team actively monitors train schedules. If your train is delayed by 90+ minutes, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your PNR number. We'll either arrange delivery at new arrival time or issue a full refund.

Download the Simpay Food app, tap "Sign Up", enter your mobile number, verify with OTP, and set up your profile. Registration is free and only takes 60 seconds!

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your registered mobile number or email, and follow the OTP verification process to set a new password.

Fill out the Restaurant Registration form with your business details, FSSAI license, GST number, and bank account info. Our team will review and activate your account within 2-3 business days.

Fill the Delivery Partner Registration form with your personal details, driving license, vehicle info, and Aadhaar number. You can start earning within 48 hours of approval.

Delivery partners receive weekly payouts directly to their registered bank accounts every Monday. Earnings include per-delivery pay, incentive bonuses, and surge pay during peak hours.

Try these steps: 1) Force close and reopen the app. 2) Check your internet connection. 3) Clear the app cache in your phone settings. 4) Update to the latest app version from the Play Store / App Store. 5) If the issue persists, contact us at simpayfoodservices@gmail.com.
